Cuvee Le Bosq Rouge
Winery information:
For more than 100 years the Delaunay family has produced and also acted as “négociant éleveurs" in Burgundy. Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, fourth generation of the family involved in wine, founded their own company “Badet Clément & Cie”.
With the aid of their family they decided to bring their experience and expertise as winemakers in Burgundy to this exciting area of the Languedoc region of southern France. Here they have created wines that express flair and individuality of the region.
Vinification:
Traditional red vinification with a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature for two days. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at a low temperature and lasted for 10 days. The wine underwent full malolactic fermentation.
