The fact you have placed an order on our web site does not constitute a contract. A contract is only made when the order is processed and we take payment.
All goods are subject to availability. If we do not have the specific vintage or exact item you ordered in stock a member of our team will call and discuss alternatives with you.

CHILDREN, YOUNG PERSONS AND THE LAW
To comply with the law we will only sell and or deliver alcohol products to persons who are over the legal age of 18. If our delivery drivers think the person accepting the order at the address is under 25 they are instructed to ask for Identification. Acceptable ID is a passport, a photo driving licence or a Young Scot, Citizens’ Card or other PASS hologram card. All deliveries must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Please check your order on delivery. Should any bottles or other goods be broken or otherwise damaged or faulty or if we have made a mistake please call or e-mail us immediately. The courier will return the goods back to us and we will contact you to arrange for a replacement of damaged goods as swiftly as possible. Once you sign for receipt of delivery we will presume that the order has been delivered in full to your satisfaction.
What is more - in the unlikely event that our wines, or other products fail to meet the high standards you would expect, we will arrange a refund or dispatch goods to the same value. Just call us on 0141 881 7194 or email email@example.com and make sure to have your order details to hand when calling.
You may cancel your orders of wine within 7 days of receipt of your delivery Provided all wine bottles are unopened and intact, the packaging is undamaged and unopened we will arrange to collect the goods and will refund the full price exclusive of delivery charges.
COMPLAINTS AND PRAISE
Our aim is to offer you wonderful wines that deliver excellent value for money. We will strive to ensure that you receive friendly service from our informed individuals who care about you. We take complaints very seriously. If you do have a problem no matter how small please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

VINTAGES, LABELS & BOTTLES
Vintages, labels and closures are subject to change and may do so without a period of notice or warning. All wine bottles are 75cl unless otherwise stated.
Hampers containing fresh food are delivered Tuesday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Cross Stobs Wine do not take responsibility for delay from any cause out with our control which results in late delivery.
In the event of a supply problem/issue we reserve the right to change good to equal or greater value.
All parcels should be signed for. If a recipient is out and a neighbour is not available a card will be left with details on contact for the courier.
Please notify us of any specific delivery dates relating to each hamper order.
We do not share customers personal information with any third parties for any reasons.
